“The New Battersea Power Station” Wow is all that can be said. So beautifully and cleverly brought back to life. Do watch right to the end, for it is filled with little gems.

The iconic Grade II* listed Battersea Power Station is now open to the public. Here life doesn’t feel ordinary, it feels extraordinary.
Clean lines, clever use of space and light. With an abundance of shops and places to eat and pause. So much to see around every corner, on every level. And then of course there’s Lift 109 that takes you to the top of the North West Chimney for 360 views over London. Looking forward to that next time.

For this time I went with my little dog Amber, let me know if you can spot us and see what we got up to!

London you really are an amazing place, full of wonders to see. And Battersea you have come to life in a way that I could never have imagined when as a child I used to pass by on my way to ballet lessons at the Royal Academy Of Dancing. How times have changed and how beautiful, spectacular you are.

Battersea Power Station is definitely a place to visit and enjoy. And with all the festive fayre it is looking even more spectacular.

Here’s to bringing new leases of life into old buildings and here’s to gaining inspiration, enjoyment, delight from the world around us.

I raise a glass to you Battersea Power Station, you’ve changed and I’m so pleased you have. You’re rebirth was so worth the wait. From dirty old power station to a beacon of beautiful, clever, ingenious design, engineering and architecture. Fun and joy in abundance.

So if you are in London, do pop by and experience the rebirth of this fabulous building and location and walk away with a smile on your face, a spring in your step and a new found energy from a day well spent in this amazing city known as London Town!

One of the loveliest days spent with 3 of the loveliest coaches out there. Made even better by travelling effortlessly into London on the 💜Elizabeth Line.

Brunch at Bondi Green @daisygreencollection in Paddington, catching up on life old and new, sharing ideas and laughs. Indulging in fermented activated charcoal sourdough and frozen Mars Bars! Not together I hasten to add! Delicious.

Last week I had the honour to get involved with Link Up London’s Flash Consulting Event. I was matched with the fab Mic from @fiveasidetheatre. There was so much to talk about and with a background in teaching, social work and now working with creative businesses on their social media marketing it was a fantastic pairing. I have serious respect for what Mic is doing and I learnt lots during the time we spoke together.

Meeting so many amazing volunteers and organisations, and knowing the room was filled with people who want to do good for others was pretty damn special.

London By Water- a fabulous way to travel/commute and see such sights along the way. It was so good to have some me time and just see what happened during the day. I even went to @tate but was so engrossed in the whole experience I forgot to take photos/videos. Or did I consciously decide not to and build memories of Cezanne, Matisse and many more and keep them for me?!

You see that’s the beauty of life, it’s yours and you live it your way, do it your way and share it your way or not at all. You choose. It’s about Listening to you and trusting you and in you. And listening less to others and the noise. Don’t you think? And creating magical memories, like these ones of a day in London by water!
